Beach Cottage Remodel
We gutted this neglected home down to the studs and rebuild it to new life. The initial demolition revealed that half of the floor system was rotted away and would have to be replaced. Once this was resolved we designed a new floor plan that provided a new kitchen layout with ample cabinet and counter space, a fully renovated bathroom, and a new bedroom layout that provided larger rooms and more closet space. The existing beams in the living room were sanded and sealed to restore them to their original beauty.

kitchen remodel
Here are some photos from a recent kitchen renovation in Scituate. The existing kitchen was fully gutted down to the studs to start over from scratch. New cabinets and appliances were installed, recessed lights were added, the floors were sanded, stained, and refinished, and the single window in front of the sink was replaced with 2 new Andersen windows to let in lots of natural light!
